Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Tax Assessor/Collector

Background

Publications used in the Motor Vehicles office and annexes are ordered bi-yearly and have been in the budget line item 4350 - printed forms, books, and binders for many years. We were instructed from the auditors office to move the items to line item 3901 - publications. Consequently the 3901 line item is short of funds. Requesting $1200.00 be transfered to 3901 to cover the cost of the publications.
