Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Tax Assessor/Collector

Background

Publications used in the Motor Vehicle office and annexes are ordered bi-yearly and have been in the budget 4350 - printed forms, books, and binders for many years. We were instructed from the auditors office to move the items to 3901 - publications. Consequently the 3901 line items is short of funds. Requesting $1200.00 be transferred to 3901 to cover the cost of the publications.
