Discuss and take appropriate action on mitigation and Participation Determination for Chisholm Trail Special Utility District relocation of a water line along State Highway 195 at CR 227, Williamson County, Texas: WCCF Application #20100203.

Background

The review of the referenced project has been completed in accordance with the Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan (RHCP). The mitigation fee for the referenced project will be $580.00 covering the water line work in the karst area. Upon approval by the Court and following receipt of the appropriate mitigation fee from Chisholm Trail a Participation Agreement will be prepared.
