To acknowledge and approve the use of GDEM grant funds of $15,034.25 to be applied towards the following projects:
1. Transfer to RSC to cover the new radios being installed into the new command truck.
2. Additional funding into new vehicles for the installation of mobile computer mounting hardware to secure laptop computers and other electronics while in motion and siren / additional warning lights for the front of the vehicle.
3. Additional funding for the purchase of laptop computers for the mobile command truck that will allow for IT integration with the network and other peripheral devices such as printers and plotters.
4. Office supplies for the emergency management department and mobile command truck.
5. Additional funding for internet services to cover any overages that may occur with the satellite usage.
6. Additional vehicle insurance for the command truck to cover damage and theft.
7. Computer programming for the installation of software (currently owned) that will allow for the integration of the county GIS data into WebEOC.
8. Vehicle equipment funding for additional items for the command truck to include non-potable water storage for restroom and portable sewage containment unit. |
