Hear update on preparation of comments regarding proposed EPA rules setting new ground level ozone standards.
Background
On 2/23/10 the court awarded a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) contract to Oris Solutions, Inc., principal James Red, to assist the county in preparing written comments in response to the Environmental Protection Agency regarding proposed rules that would lower existing ground level ozone compliance standards. The PSA provides for an interim update on progress in preparing the comments.
