Consider and take appropriate action on appointment of Ken Boyer to fill the open position on the Williamson County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) Board and to reappoint Chuck Walker and Patty Eason to the Board.

Background

This action conforms to the bylaws of the WCCF; board members are appointed by the Williamson County Commissioners Court and serve terms as outlined in the bylaws. Mr. Boyer's appointment fills a previously open position. Mr. Walker and Ms. Eason have agreed to serve an additional term. The term of appointment is two years for all three individuals.
