Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenues for the Tobacco Fund:

Background

On March 17th, the Court approved the transfer of a position from Emergency Services Department to MOT. The positions are expensed in different funds. The budget amendment is necessary to move funding to the Tobacco Fund.
