Consider retiring K-9 Duco and selling him to handler, Deputy John Richter
Background

Williamson County Sheriff's Office K-9 Duco was check by his regular veterinarian.  Due to past and present medical conditions, it was recommended that Duco be retired.  It is also requested that Commissioners consider selling Duco to his handler, Deputy John Richter, for the sum of $1.  Deputy Richter will be responsible for Duco's medical and food expenses.
