Consider authorizing project budget transfer per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: $1,878,710.50 ($769,732.47 (2001 Road Bond) and $1,108,978.03 (2000 CO) from P06 Chandler Road to P175 Chandler Road Phase 3A/B then close out P06.
Background

Since Chandler Road Phase I and II are complete, all remaining funds need to be moved to P175 Chandler Road Phase III and P06 Chandler Road closed.  For financial reporting purposes, a separate project number needs to be created to assist in reporting accurate numbers for each phase of the roadway.
