Discuss and take appropriate action regarding final draft report "Result of Findings Regarding Proposed Inclusion of Williamson County with Travis County in Austin-Round Rock Non-Attainment Area."

Background

The final draft report is before the Court for adoption. This report will become a part of the State's Designation Recommendations in response to the Environmental Protection Agency rules on implementation for ground level ozone under the revised (March 2008) National Ambient Air Quality Standards. A final printed copy will be bound and transmitted to the Office of the Governor for inclusion with the Recommendation Letter to EPA.

Please note: Section 2.4, as attached, is in process of being updated to reflect status of resolutions from communities and school districts in the county and will be finalized in the printed and bound version.
