Consider authorizing project budget transfer of 2006 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: $2,500,000.00 from P156 Non-Departmental to P195 FM 1460 (Old Settler's Boulevard to University).

Background

As indicated on March 3, 2009 Commissioner's Court meeting, $2.5 million would be moved into a project for FM 1460 in the 2006 Road Bond expected to be in construction by July 2009.
