Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Fleet
Background
We were allotted $70K for a new fuel system software database. The shop area will house the oil dispensing portion of the automated system. In order to make this happen, an electrical upgrade (one that was not budgeted for) is needed. This line item transfer will allow funding to cover the automated system portion of this upgrade.
