Consider approving a line item transfer for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. (Transfer has been approved by the WCRAS Board.)

Background

Full time to Overtime transfer to cover a part time employee that was used full time for two weeks when a vet tech was on medical leave. All other line items were underestimated in the budget due to change in basic care of the animals. In the office line item, the increase is necessary to cover the large amount of printer cartridges and copy paper we use. Training needs to be increased to cover the costs of conferences and employee training necessary to enhance service.
