To consider declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approving a budget amendment for the Records Management and Preservation Fund

Background

Back in April 2007, we purchased Agenda Link software. At that time, we created a purchase order to allow payment of the invoice that we expected to receive prior to the end of FY 07. We are just now closing out and signing off on this software purchase. Therefore, being a new fiscal year, the funds will need to be added to our computer software line item to allow payment.
