Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non-Departmental:

Background

This transfer will allow payment to the Road & Bridge fund from the General Fund to pay for the transfer of two R&B vehicles to replace one vehicle for IT and one for CSR (Community Service Restitution) supervisor. Both individuals currently have vehicles with extremely high mileage. However, these individuals do not put a lot of miles on the vehicles they currently have, thus not warranting a replacement vehicle at this time. This fund transfer is much more cost effective for the County. Because we are transferring assets between funds, we must take the money, move it into a "Transfer to R&B" fund and then the Auditor's office will make the appropriate journal entry.
