Discuss and consider approving an amendment to the public assistance funding process as well as any related documents

Background

Recently the Court has discussed the idea of delaying the public assistance application process until later in the fiscal year to allow a budgeted amount to be first recommended and approved during budget adoption. This agenda item will allow for discussion of the process, committee formation and any other pertinent variables.
