Discuss and take action in approving additional location addendum with Secure Government Payment Solutions.

Background

Constable Precinct #3 is being requested to be added to current contract to facilitate collections for civil process. This is the same vendor used by JP #3 and JP #4, and will allow for him to collect on warrants for these JP's as well.
