Discuss and take appropriate action on rate increses for Duval County Contract for Juvenile Residential Services.

Background

The Commissiooners' Court and the Juvenile Board have previously approved the residential contract for placment of youth in the Duval County Juvenile Facilitly. This is a secure facitily that offers basic secure care as well as speicalizec care. The state of Texas increased the amount of money they will pay for care, thus faclities throughout the state are requesting admendments to existing contracts. The previous daily rate was 86.00 for basic care and 118.00 for specialized care. The rate increase will go to 90.00 and 120.00 respectively.

The contract has previously been reviewd by Hal and Jim. It was approved the the Juvenile Board and Commissioners' Court.
