BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:15 A.M. on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2015, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the January 20, 2015 meeting.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Motion: To approve three (3) debt service payments in the amount of $194,847.50.
