Motion: To note in the minutes the off right-of-way work to (1) modify existing driveway of Theophil and Sharon Krienke (dba Diamond K Plus LTD) at 251 County Road (CR) 272 in Cedar Park for the purpose of allowing for the turning movement of large vehicles or school buses during the time period that CR 272 is closed due to structural damage at the low water crossing and (2) shape and grade a drainage channel on the property of Frank and Ortencia Gamez at 975 CR 301 in Granger that will allow for better conveyance of storm water as part of the rehabilitation of CR 324.
