Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding Motor Vehicle License Validation Sticker Agreement with the Williamson County Tax Assessor Collector to support county operations and provide for streamlined issuance of validation stickers for county-owned vehicles.

Background

Due to the new One Sticker Program, the Williamson County Tax Assessor will be contracting with the County to allow the Fleet Services Division to act as an agent of the Tax Assessor Collector for issuing motor vehicle license validation stickers for County Vehicles.

This will facilitate the issuance of the stickers while the vehicles are at fleet during inspection services. Hal Hawes has reviewed this agreement.
