Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ#15RFQ107/RFP#15RFP117, Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Williamson County Expo Center to the best proposal Flintco, LLC. and authorizing Judge Gattis to execute the Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager-at-Risk.

Background

This RFP was the second step in the two-step Construction Manager-at-Risk selection process. Ten sets of qualifications were received in the initial RFQ process. The five highest scoring firms were invited to submit cost proposals. Out of the five proposals submitted the two highest scoring firms were interviewed. Flintco, LLC is the highest ranking firm considering all evaluation criteria and is therefore recommended for award.
