Discuss, consider and take appropriate action approving the appointment of Dale Butler, Project Manager of Williamson County Facilities Maintenance Department, with general authority to approve change orders for the Agreement for Construction Services with Sunbelt Building Services, LLC in relation to the Williamson County Courthouse Repointing Project for any increase in costs up to a total maximum amount of $15,000 in accordance with Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code – Changes in Plans and Specifications.
