Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for HazMat.

Background

HazMat applied for and received a grant in the amount of $45,000 to purchase a new HazMat trailer to replace the current aging one. Between the time the grant application was submitted and the purchase was to be made, the price of the trailer increased to $47,545.62 leaving us $2,545.62 short. This transfer will cover the shortage. In addition another $1500 is needed to provide striping for the trailer for a total of $4,045.62.
