Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Justice of the Peace, Precinct #3.
Background
JP#3 is sending autopsies to Lockhart vs. Travis County since the autopsy cost is cheaper. Lockhart charges $2100 vs Travis County who charges $2600. Due to the distance, however, transport costs are more and have depleted the transport line item.
