Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non Departmental

Background

For at least a decade we have budgeted either nothing or a small amount of monies in the Bail Bond Board expenditure line item in Non Departmental and it was rarely used. Our new Treasurer would like to begin using these funds again and has submitted an invoice for some software. This transfer will cover the cost of the Acrobat software.
