Background
This is Section 2 of the Rio Ancho subdivision, a rural development located just south of SH 29 that lies partially within Williamson County and partially in Burnet County. It consists of 133 single-family lots, ranging from 0.75 to 1.50 acres in size, and 7,963 feet of new roadway. Roadways will be 26 feet wide with ribbon curb.
Construction within the Williamson County portion of the plat has not yet started, but a performance bond in the amount of $741,488 has been posted with the County.
The final plat review fee of $10,663 has been paid.
