Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an extension agreement for the Bank Depository contract dated June 1, 2011 between Union State Bank and Williamson County for an addtional term of two months commencing on June 1, 2015 and ending on midnight of July 31, 2015 for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the exisiting contract.

Background

The RFP review committee was asked by the new County Treasurer for additional time to prepare since coming into office January 1, 2015.
