This development consists of 82 rural residential lots, the majority of which are approximately one acre in size, and two commercial lots along SH 29. It will contain 8,122 feet of new public roadway, including two collector-status roads to provide connectivity to the west via View Drive. Future right-of-way has been shown on the plat for the widening needed for the planned SH 29 freeway.
A floodplain study is currently under review for the FEMA-regulated areas in the central and north portions of the development.
The area in which this plat lies was previously located within the City of Georgetown ETJ, but has since been de-annexed. |
