Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the TechShare Common Integrated Justice System FY2015 Resource Sharing Addendum.

Background

The County purchased Tyler Technologies' Odyssey system through a cooperative agreement with TechShare and each year we are asked to renew the agreement for support and maintenance. This Addendum is that renewal. It also outlines the County's financial commitment, all of which is included in Technology Services' (0503) operating budget. The CUC Master Agreement is included as a reference when reviewing the Addendum.
