Discuss and consider authorization of agreement with Caterpiller Financial Services Corporation for a Governmental Equipment Lease – Reference No. 2158673 (Motor Graders Serial Nos. R9M00234 & R9M00284) to support Road & Bridge operations. Take any necessary action, including but not limited to authorizing County Judge to execute same.

Background

Road and Bridge is leasing 2 Motorgraders. Annual payments for the two Motorgraders will be $39,923.28 with an ending payment of $440,000.
