Authorize transfer request on the 2013 Cash Ending Reduction Plan in the amount of $18,583.70 for Data Communications Equipment PCT 4 Hutto Annex from closed project amounts. The closed projects are Museum Roof $12,873.20 and Jail Cell Doors $5,710.50.

Background

About three years ago the Hutto connection went down after a lightning storm has not worked. The connectivity is difficult to initiate but, once working, is rarely sustained. This affects not only the Precinct #4 Commissioner's office but also the Narcotics division, in total, roughly 10 individuals. These monies will allow a dish to be placed on a Hutto tower (permission has been granted from the City of Hutto) and connectivity to be restored.

Note: Additional transfer request for other closed project balances will be on a later date.
