Consideration and action with respect to "Order Authorizing the Issuance of One or more series of Williamson County, Texas Limited Tax Park Bonds; Levying an Ad Valorem Tax in Support of the Bonds; Approving a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement, an Official Statement and Other Related Agreements; Establishing the Procedures for Selling and Delivering the Bonds; and Authorizing Other Matters Relating to the Bonds."

Carol Polumbo, Bond Counsel, of McCall, Parkhurst and Horton and Dan Wegmiller, Financial Advisor, of Specialized Public Finance will be here to answer to questions. This is a 12 month delegation to allow for the issuance of Park Bonds.
