Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Landy Warren's one year appointment to the Board of Directors of the Lone Star Regional Water Authority to a three year term commencing on February 11, 2014 in accordance with Special District Local Laws Code Section 8364.051.

Background

Landy Warren was appointed to the Lonestar Regional Water Authority on January 28, 2014 to serve a one-year term beginning January 28, 2014 and ending January 27, 2015. It was recommended that both appointee's terms begin on the same date and this agenda item allow the court to consider that recommendation.
