Consider rejecting bids submitted for IFB#14IFB00210 Asphalt, Emulsions for Road & Bridge Division.

Background

Three bids were received - two were unresponsive because of changes they made to the technical specifications and the remaining bid whose prices were determined by R & B to be too high. After thorough evaluation of the bid submittals, it appears that overall costs for this commodity may be lowered by re-bidding.
