Background
This preliminary plat is being revised to eliminate the direct connection (Quarry Rim Drive) to Limestone Terrace to the west.  This connection is to be replaced by a proposed 30 foot wide joint access easement.  This access easement must be in place prior to the platting of 125 total residential lots within Section 3.  This connection will not be required if a secondary access (Foster Lane or Rainey Drive) is provided prior to the platting of 125 total residential lots.
