Discuss and take appropriate action to appoint a member and an alternate to the Clean Air Coalition, Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) with a term beginning upon appointment and ending 12/31/15.

Background

This action is to appoint a member and alternate to the Clean Air Coalition (CAC). The term will begin upon appointment.
Ron Morrison, member
Gary Boyd, alternate

This is the same representative and alternate as currently exists (terms ended 12/31/13) and the alternate is authorized to vote in the absence of the representative only if directed by the representative and/or the court and will otherwise abstain (or vote present).

A copy of the CAC bylaws as amended May 8, 2013 is attached. Article II - Membership governs representation.
