Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Infrastructure Department

Background

Earlier in this fiscal year, the court approved a vehicle transfer from the pooled car program to the Infrastructure Department. Since this transfer happened after budget was approved and filed, there was no funding included for routine vehicle maintenance. This transfer will cover vehicle charges incurred YTD as well as projected expenditures for the remainder of FY '13.
