To discuss and take appropriate action on a Change Order for the Hotmix Overlay Brushy Creek MUD/Great Oaks Subdivision project in the amount of $20,081.06.

Background

This change order provides the necessary compensation to the Contractor for additional work needed to improve ride quality at select intersections in the Brushy Creek MUD area. If approved, the Contractor will mill, remove and replace pavement that will more evenly match the surrounding roadway. The dollar amount for the additional work provided by Ramming Paving Company is $20,081.06.
