Discuss and take appropriate action regarding employment of the law firm of Allensworth and Porter, L.L.P. to represent Williamson County in relation to legal matters concerning county construction projects or facilities and exemption of those attorney services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personnel or professional services as set forth under Section 262.024 (a)(4) of the Texas Local Government Code.
