Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for EMS.
Background
WCEMS requested $4500 for replacement of old mattresses, mattress covers and bases for FY'13, but only received $450 in the line item. Due to lack of stretcher maintenance needs in first quarter of fiscal year, we have available funds to purchase the necessary replacement items for our stations. Requesting $4500-$450 = $4050.
