NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT FEBRUARY 22ND, 2013 1:45 P.M.


		The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

		REGULAR AGENDA

	1.	Discuss and take appropriate action regarding interviewing candidates for appointment of Justice of the Peace Pct. 3 for the remainder of the term ending on December 31, 2014 which has been vacated by retiring Justice of the Peace Pct. 3.

		EXECUTIVE SESSION "The Commissioners Court for Williamson County reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultations with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations regarding Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations regarding Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations regarding Security Devices) and 551.087 (Deliberations regarding Economic Development Negotiations)."

	2.	Deliberate the appointment and evaluation of the following short list of candidates for JP3 pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074 (a)(1) - Personnel Matters (to deliberate the appointment and evaluation of a public officer): 1. Kevin Stofle 2. Bill Gravell 3. Wayne Porter

	3.	Discuss and take appropriate action regarding appointment of JP3 to remainder of term ending on December 31, 2014.
