BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:05 A.M. on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2012 a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

No action was taken on this item.

3. Consideration and action with respect to “Order Authorizing the Issuance of Avery Ranch Road District No. 1 Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds; Levying an Ad Valorem Tax in Support of the Bonds; Approving an Official Statement; Authorizing the execution of a Bond Purchase Agreement, a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement and an Escrow Agreement; Establishing Procedures for Selling and Delivering the Bonds; and Authorizing Other Matters Related to the Issuance of the Bonds.
