BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:14 A.M. on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2012, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

Motion: To approve the minutes of the February 7, 2012 Road District meeting.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court. No action was taken.

THE AVERY RANCH ROAD DISTRICT MEETING ADJOURNED AT 10:15 A.M. ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2012.
