Discuss and take appropriate action on approving a letter to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) whereby Williamson County and CTRMA are seeking concurrence from TxDOT on a decision to award the 183A South Brushy Creek Pedestrian Bridge contract to the lowest, responsive bidder, Montoya Anderson Construction (MAC), Inc.

Background

As required by the ILA between Williamson County and CTRMA, CTRMA has now completed a bid and procurement process for the selection of a construction contractor to construct the South Brushy Creek Pedestrian Bridge Project and has selected the lowest, responsive bidder, Montoya Anderson Construction (MAC), Inc. Pursuant to the Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Williamson County and CTRMA must now request TxDOT’s concurrence on a decision to award the 183A South Brushy Creek Pedestrian Bridge contract to the lowest, responsive bidder, Montoya Anderson Construction (MAC), Inc.
