Discuss and take appropriate action on the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with CTRMA on the South Brushy Creek Bridge Project.

Background

The Williamson County Auditor determined that Williamson County must perform the fiscal and financial accounting obligations under the Advanced Funding Agreement (AFA) with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and deal directly with TxDOT in relation to submitting and seeking reimbursement of Project costs that are allowed under the AFA. This change is due to the source of the funds being federal grant funds. This second amendment sets forth this change in responsibilities.
