To discuss and approve an escrow agreement for an erecording vendor for the County Clerk's office.
Background
We have hundreds of escrow accounts and this is the first contract that we have had to be signed to hold someone's money. This is so weird. Anyway....need approval and Judge's signature. Hal has seen and revised this agreement. It has been signed now by their company.
