Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the District Attorney's Office
Background
Recently the DA's office used the consultation services of Geo Cell to prepare trial exhibits and expert testimony on a capital murder trial. The total bill is for $28,761.89 with only a balance of $21,903 remaining in the trial expense line item for the year. This line item transfer will not only cover the expenditures noted above, but also provide funding for the remainder of FY '12.
