Discuss and take action to amend 2011-2012 Budget Order to include Fund Policies for the Northeast Round Rock Road District, Southeast Road District, and Southwest Road District.

Background

GASB 54 requires new designations and/or policies in order for funds to be treated as Special Revenue Funds and to define fund balance within the funds. These three Road Districts have been paid off and dissolved and funds remaining were returned to the county. They are set up in three separate funds and in order to maintain these apart and separate from the General Fund the court needs to adopt a policy that commits the funds for a special purpose.
