Consider and take appropriate action to appoint Rob Rothenberg to the Williamson County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) Board to fill an unexpired term ending April 2012.

Background

This action is to appoint Rob Rothenberg to the WCCF board for the remainder of a term ending in April 2012. At the WCCF annual meeting to be held April 11, Mr. Rothenberg is expected to be appointed to a full two-year term ending April 2014. That action, along with other board member appointments, will come to the Commissioners Court for ratification following the April 11 WCCF Annual Meeting.
